When I could not get my vehicle to turn off, they fit me in that day. The only thing I did not like, was if it would have happened a month earlier, it would have been covered by my warantee.

Service appointment set for a certain time and could not be completed. Returned 2 days later to have service completed. Got paperwork and noticed that service was NOT completed as the worksheet had claimed. Issues still not resolved.

Been here 4 times to buy one car. I live an hour away so I’ve drove here total of 8 hours. The worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I have never signed a contract for a car and not been able to leave with it . After two weeks waiting for a truck finally get one. Come to find out this truck has an exhaust leak so now I’m waiting out side the dealership not able to go to work stuck in your parking lot. This experience has cost me so much more time and money than needed. I’ve already lost more than a days worth of work waiting for you guys to fulfill your end of the deal.

Went in to have a warranty item fixed a month ago it got fixed then I was told my transfer case and axles needed serviced after just having around a year so I did take it in a month after having all that done to have the same problem fixed again they fix it only to tell me now that I have some bad wires and they needed fixed so once again I said go ahead and fix it wondering why they didn’t notice this a month ago and than they proceed to tell me that my transfer case and axles needed serviced again after just having it done a month ago in which I refused so very unhappy with service take it in for warranty work and end up spending 900 dollars on other so called problems they find didn’t fall for the transfer case service again but did pay 350 dollars to have a so called wiring issue fixed which wasn’t there when they fixed it the first time I guess !!

Got my car serviced for a leak after having it serviced and repaired 4000$ worth of repairs. Got the coolant replaced and now a check engine comes on as soon as I start the car.
