I had scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle look at. Took my car in the morning. I ran some errands in the time I was assuming my vehicle was getting work on. To receive a phone call that they could not attend to my vehicle due to others running behind. I was very upset and disappointed of the lack of communication. I have found another dealership that did attend to my car and will receive my service from now on.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED, AFTER WAITING ALMOS 4 WEEKS , FOR MY CAR TO BE REPAIRED, WENT I PICK UP MY CAR I NOTICE THAT THE GAS TANK WAS WITH ONLY ONE QUARTER OF THE TANK OF GAS!!! I CALL ONE OF THE MANANGERS AND HE TOOK PICTURES OF THE AMOUNT OF GAS IT WAS LEFT; HE ASSURED ME, HE WILL REPORT TO JAMIE RICK THE COLLISION CENTER MANANCER, WENT I WAS THERE TO MEET THIS PERSON SHE TOLL ME, SHE DID NOT HAVE THE PROOF ,THAT THE TANK WAS FULL, SHE WILL HAVE HER MANANGER TO CALL ME ; I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY PHONE CALL!! THAT IS "BAD BUSSINESS" I DID REPORT TO STATE FARM INSURANCE, THIS INCIDENT , BECAUCE MY AGENT HE RECOMEMMENDED ME THE GHENT COLLISION .

I paid for the front floor matts to be installed, they just threw them in instead of installing under door trim. Bad communication, I waited over a month to get in for appointment after waiting a month on parts just to be told it can't be done in time because the body shop wasn't ready. Some of the parts weren't compatible even though the one me store let me purchase. I got a phone call on Monday after dropping my truck off on Friday saying I missed my appointment. Your front desk didn't even know you guys had my truck and was asking me to reschedule cause I missed my appointment. Just overall a bad experience. I paid over $3k in parts and labor only got 3/5 things installed two and half months after ordering. One of the three items installed incorrectly. I had trouble with you guys in the past with a tool box you installed for me. Honestly it's all Just half assed work. Have some pride please

We received excellent customer service from Brian our service advisor, as this was our first visit to Ghent. We requested tires replaced and also an alignment to be performed. The service that we received was above anything we expected. After the tires were replaced by Isaiah, John performed an alignment. The care and concern for doing the job was above expectations. After John performed the alignment, he took it for a test drive and wasn’t satisfied with the outcome of the alignment, so the vehicle went back on the alignment rack, and the alignment was performed to his satisfaction, which shows genuine concern for a job well done with the utmost care. We have others vehicles and we WILL be returning to Ghent for all our other automotive concerns and care. Thank you Ghent 5 stars!
