Took a week to get the car in, entirely normal what with your work flow. Depended on friends for necessary rides. finally rented a car, drove it for two days while the car sat unattended for two days while I paid fifty dollars a day for nothing done on the car. Had to extend rental while the car was being repaired. Car was not rinsed off as usual. Is this standard practice now ?

Went in to get an issue with my block heater figured out. I showed up at the service department for my appointment. First impression, service writer dressed in tech scrubs had a less than friendly attitude, environment did not feel welcoming. He immediately began finding ways to try to shrug off the possibility of this being covered under warranty prior to even asking questions or gathering details about the issue. I requested a courtesy ride back to work, the service writer stated he would notify the driver. 40 minutes later I catch the driver walking by and find out the service writer didn't let her know I needed a ride. Poor customer service resulted in me picking up my truck without the service being complete. I'll be back for my free oil change promised with the purchase of the truck. I will have the block heater issue looked at when I do this (will not be working with the same service writer if I can avoid it). If my experience trying again is similar to the first, I'm sure Weld County Garage will appreciate the business that Ghent clearly does not.

My appointment was for 4/28 at 8 am, my car wasn’t worked on until 4/31. I never received a call or email telling what was going on, offering a loaner car. I had to call to find out the status on 4/30. The actual work was excellent.
