Anthony in the service department went out of his way multiple times to keep me informed of a delay with my vehicles completion, as well as finding some information for me on a question I had on an unrelated issue. He made the difference.

I brought my Corvette in for routine maintenance and was told when I picked it up that the work was done in two days but it took over a month to get my car only because I drove to the dealership to get it done or not. Very stressful month not getting any updates or any communication as to what was going on! Also the car was sitting outside so needs a complete cleaningz1 The worst I have been treated over the last thirty or so years since I've been dealing with Ghent's. Look forward to continue working with the new service manager,as a man with a disability I had a special request when they was done with the service on my truck & he full-filled it no problem. My truck will Always be serviced at Ghent so long as we keep accurate records particularly with the mileages & what was serviced.

1, Joshua waited until I was at dealership, check in hand, from Broomfield, before telling me that vehicle had lot damage, and hail damage. Both were already fixed , but come on! 2. Upon delivery, when I got home to Broomfield, 54 miles away, I realized that the vehicle was very poorly detailed. Crumbs, dirty glove box, stain on driver's seat, engine covered in dust!!!!!!! I realize this was a courtesy vehicle (2023, 5138 mi), but I bought as new! I have seen used cars cleaner! Really hurt my feelings! 3. When I got home, I realized that my owner's manual was missing! As you know, 2023 Colorados come with a physical manual. I called Grant and he said he would mail it to me. It did not arrive, so I called again and spoke to Joshua, same guy who I made the deal with. He said he would follow up on this. 5 days later, never heard from him. I was so cordial and nice to these guys, I thought they were genuine.Sadly, no. 4. Ted, finance guy was great! Very good to work with. I will say he told me that Ghent owed me around $80 for an overcharge. That was 10/21/2025, so I am not being critical, may still be on the way. In ending: I really like my truck! I know I paid a little more than it is worth, but that is on me. I just think that Ghent would want me as a return customer some time. Also, I have daughters in Colorado, and other family members. I could easily send them to Ghent! Why would they take that for granted? I know I bought an inexpensive truck, but it was hard for me! I think dealerships should take into account that customers know you are in the business to make money, We get that. But you also need to remember that this is supposed to be fun for folks! Some folks can afford more than others, but we all work hard for that money, and don't want to be treated as a monthly goal. Thanks for looking at this , I hope it helps!

We were told during our test drive that the vehicle had garage door openers. It doesn't and they will not make it right. The phone charger did not work on the test drive and still doesn't and again will not make it right. Very frustrating! We have tried multiple phones in and out of different cases and still doesn't work!!!!!!

The service was completed quickly and it was done well. I did not receive my multi-point inspection report as promised, however. It took an extra call to your service department to obtain it. An unnecessary extra step.

Nothing great to say-waited over two hours to basically find out what I already knew when I arrived at the dealership. The troubleshooting by the tech actually caused an additional problem that the vehicle did not have when I arrived. The cost to fix these problems was so outrageous that I chose to leave rather than pay it.

They diagnosed my truck. Set up a time for the repair and was done as expected. The vehicle works great and was able to get back to work.

They treated me very badly, to the point of being rude. I left the car there, and after three days I called to check on the status, but nobody knew anything. I had to keep pushing them to get any service. A week went by, and it was the same story; I had to call again to find out what was happening with my car. Again, they were rude, and nobody knew anything about my car. They finally gave it back to me, supposedly fixed, but it's still having the same problem. The worst experience ever!

I made an appointment because my check engine light came on. The appointment was set for Thursday the 9th of October. I dropped the car off on the 8th. Monday, the 13th, the test had still not been run. After speaking with multiple people, Joel in particular, it was finally completed and the problem was diagnosed paying nearly $200.00. Meanwhile, I had already taken the car to Auto Zone for a FREE analysis to diagnose the problem that was identified by your dealership. What a joke! $200 to plug in the analyzer for 2 minutes! I will never use Ghent again! I'm sure you won't respond to this because it is a terrible review. Please be sure to publish but again, I'm sure it will most likely be ignored and then deleted.

The service gentlemen that waited on me was the best. Very kind and helpful.

Everyone was very nice and transparent on how to take care of our vehicle. Only reason why I did not select 5 was that we were never notified once the vehicle was done. We ended up without a car overnight and had to get up early before work to get the car.

The customer service representative was very patient and professional. It was a pleasure working with him. He was very understanding.

I just bought a 2026 Chevrolet Traverse and the experience was… suspiciously smooth. Like, where was the stress? Where was the awkward back-and-forth? Nowhere to be found. Rob was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being pushy, and an all-around great communicator. I had answers and information before I even stepped foot on the lot via an easy texting conservation, which already put him miles ahead my last car-buying experience. And the dealership? They weren’t kidding about customer service. Doors were literally opened for us, I never once touch a door handle the whole day, and we were checked on often enough to feel taken care of, but not so much that it felt like we were being stalked. It’s a fine line, and they nailed it. All in all, a genuinely great experience. I came in prepared, felt respected the entire time, and left with exactly what I wanted. 10/10 would recommend. Rob makes buying a Chevy feel way less like a chore and a lot more like a win.

Love the The Ghent team. From buying my car to having it fixed because of an accident. They have been completely transparent with cost, time, and would call me every week to update me with information on my vehicle. Jasmine was the best and those that fixed my car did a fantastic job. work was done faster than expected.

I explained I had a leak during my service. After my oil change I was informed I need to schedule an appointment to drop of my car for at least 2 days to fix my leak. Granted I have a warranty and bought this car brand new. The turbo went out and I was without my car for weeks. Getting frustrated.

Joel was awesome! Professional, speedy, and did a great job.

Very bad experience, despite having made an appointment for 8:00am they kept my vehicle until 3:00pm that same day, just to make a diagnosis that does not last more than 5min to perform well at least that was what they lasted in the auto zone and just diagnosed him exactly the same.

I was a little frustrated to have these types of issues shortly after buying the vehicle from Ghent but Joel was great and kept me informed every step of the way. He even went out of his way to move my car in when he saw my hands were full with children when we initially dropped off the vehicle. The mechanic also was extremely kind when I saw him regarding what was going on with the vehicle. I appreciate both of them for their kindness, keeping me informed, and being genuine.

My experience with Ghent has been bitter sweet, But moving forwoard and building a relationship with you guys helps me trust in you and the team. Thanks for your help with my truck.

Everyone stayed late to accommodate my schedule as I was coming from over an hour away. It was a seamless process and I appreciated Manny our salesman with all of his communication through the entirety of the car buying process.

Have had my 2020 Chevy pickup in your service department 3 Times for the same problem service trailer brakes finally it might have been fixed hopefully but this time I got charged 331.00 when every other time it has been just my deductible of 100.00 when I told the service manager about it and had him look it up on his computer he told me that he had no record of it and that the tech that did it no longer worked there Amazing three times it’s been in there for the same problem and it always a frayed wire just like this time !!!

Brought in for possible oil leak. Ghent recommended almost $2500 in repairs. Third party garage did not find any leaks after extensive diagnosis.

Seemed like we got pushed back from our appointment time. Simple service should not taken 4 hours.

I was very displeased. I was unaware of the hundred dollar price difference just for an oil change. It went from 130 to 230. I’m a regular customer that I guess I’ll find and take my business elsewhere.

Jeremiah in sales and David in finance were nice to work with. The sales manager that attempted to bully us into a finance rate and was completely rude almost changed our entire deal with Ghent. If the business is car sales, customer service, and loyalty he didn’t do the dealership any favors. Luckily David worked to make it right after a horrible experience and finalize the deal.

I had my first maintenance visit on my new 2025 Silverado yesterday at Ghent Chevrolet and when I returned home I noticed that my tire sensors were indicating 38 psi on the front tires and 34 psi on the rear tires. Since Ghent just rotated my tires, it was obvious that they did not adjust the tire pressures to the recommended settings of 32 psi on the front and 35 psi on the rear. In addition, when I checked the torque settings on the lug nuts, I discovered that 3/4 of the lug nuts were torqued below the recommended setting of 140 ft-lbs, especially the four GM locking lug nuts that were WELL below that setting. Hopefully the oil change was according to recommended procedures!?!
