              AWFUL worst experience ever. I waited 2 hours for an oil change, then got double charged and I'm still waiting for my money back

              I appreciate the service i received while...

              I appreciate the service I received while having a recall issue repaired. However, I would have liked to test drive one of the new cars while I was waiting but couldn't find a sales associate. Oh well, their loss. I do have an issue with the recall fix but that is on GM not Ghent Chevrolet. The fix was just putting an insert in my key, really??? I had to wait 45mins for glue from the insert to dry? This is what you overly bugged me with notices about? So you are worried about the key not being of proper weight & "possibly" slipping the cylinder & turning my car off but you will not address the issue with the Impala's control arm problems except in the Police model, even though my SS has the same exact part as the Police model & the control arm problems "will" cause driving issues (a little more important in my opinion). But that's okay, I already paid out the butt for the repairs to mine & so will everyone else who owns an Impala that takes the same part as the police model but can't be included in the recall because our identical car isn't considered a police model. Thanks GM for identifying the problem but saving yourself money but picking & choosing who to repair it for & who not to repair it for.
