The price to get an oil change and tire rotation went up without me (a regular customer) being notified. Nearby dealerships offer oil changes for $65 and tire rotations for $20. In addition to the prices changing without any prior notification, my appointment was at 9 and I didn’t pick up my car until 3. No one informed me that my car was done and I had to call to ask if it was done. I missed an appointment because of this. I have been a loyal customer for years, but due to these reasons I will be getting services for my car done elsewhere.

Scott was very attentive to my trucks needs. The evaluation seemed to take longer than expected, however when all was said and done, Scott's ability to research into my CPO status and the dealership standing by their CPO vehicles, allowed me to not have to pay an exorbitant amount of costly brake repairs. This helped me and also allowed me to take advantage of services related to maintenance precautionary services for my truck that Scott recommended.

I dropped my truck off on Tuesday and got no information about it I had to call on Thursday and all they could tell me was Kurt was off and he would try to get some information and I never heard back from him so I called back on Friday and finally got some info I told him I would have to wait until I got my income tax return but I wanted to pick up my truck they still hadn’t done the oil change so when I finally went in to pick up my truck yesterday they tried to charge me almost 100 dollars more so for those reasons I will never go back to your dealership again very poor customer service

Very dissatisfied. My car sat for 5 days because they were too busy to look at it until my husband called them and then my car was “fixed” that evening. We picked it up the following day (the 6th day) and the engine overheating light came on before I even got home (less than 20 miles from the dealership. Which indicates to me no one even looked at it. We took it back in last Friday and I have not heard from them since Friday evening as to if they have even looked further into what is wrong with the car.

This was the second consecutive appointment I made using the MyChevrolet app. And it's the second consecutive appointment where the time of my appointment was confirmed but not honored by the service department. The first appointment had to do with a Check Engine light. When I showed up to my appointment, the service manager informed me that Check Engine lights had to be serviced by technicians that don't work on the weekends, so I had to leave my vehicle there. The second time, my oil change was changed from morning to afternoon because of overbooking, even though it had given me a text confirmation the day before. In both instances, the service department told me that my appointment request was coded as "info only" when it came through to their system. Yet, they only told me that when I brought my truck in for service! In both cases the last text I received from the dealership was a confirmation of my appointment. While I understand that the service department is limited in what they can do, the attitude is that there's nothing they can do and I'm just out of luck. There's no attempt to make it right. If I use your system to schedule an appointment, and your system confirms it, then how is it my problem? Please fix your system or let customers know that they shouldn't use it!

I thought they were very professional and overall very helpful and understanding of what we were looking for. It was a windy cold day and they brought the car inside for us to look over so that we could take our time and not be outside freezing. One thing I would like to see would be towels in the bathroom instead of the dryers.
