Lack of communication. Ruined some parts and never told us. Miss diagnosis causing me $1400. I can go in and on but you all have wasted enough of my time. I will be taking this to the next level.

Took my truck in on Monday and was told it would get looked at on Thursday but i need my truck so they never looked at my problem. Also the truck is still under warranty so I will take to someone else to get repaired

I was quoted a price on repair for my vehicle on Monday, and told i would get a call when the vehicle was dropped off by the wrecker. I did not get the call. I had to call on Tuesday and the lady acted like she never had heard from me, and she is the one who took the vehicle in. Then had to call back on Wednesday to ask if they were going to ever look at it. Finally got a text on Thursday asking me if I wanted service that I had specifically said I did not, then she asked me what I needed done, and after I told her...se acted as if she had never spoke to me. Later that evening I tried to call...and text her, and got no response. Finally heard from her on Friday morning and they had repaired 2 out of the three things I wanted done and charged me for the third thing anyway. Also broke one of my license plate light brackets. Ultimately I ended up paying $200 more than I was originally quoted, and didn't even get everything I wanted done. Terrible customer service and the worst communication of any dealership I've ever seen Victoria needs to reconsider her position

My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 grand sport corvette. We wanted to put an oil change on it and have a mechanic give it the once over. Our service advisor, Victoria M. Was very helpful in explaining in detail that all fluids, filters, belts, hoses and alignment would be checked during my visit. As well I had a few questions for Jose C. In the parts department. He was able to research and guide me with contact information concerning after market products I was interested in. Our corvette was returned promptly after the oil change (no further maintenence was required at this time). We look forward to a fun summer of car shows and cruises!

Matt did a great job on my car and Scott was good at explaining things to me. Considering they extremely booked and were down one mechanic my car was done the next morning. I appreciate the care that Ghent's takes with their customers.
