As you remember I did reach out to you by phone to apologize and have since received the parts that we in short supply from General Motors, and have now completed the repairs. They had no record of me making an appointment. So after waiting almost an hour I look into the maintenance area and see my truck sitting there. another 20 minutes goes by and i still see it sitting there so i ask someone if it is done. he says yes but they lost my paperwork. So i finally go to leave and they had washed my truck which may have been nice had they not put scratches down the side.
Had a window that would not go up or down. Took my car in to get fixed but was told the warranty was expired. Figured the repair would cost a lot, but the person that dealt with my wife explained that the faulty part should never break and worked with us to get the repair done at a minimal price. We were grateful for this gesture because other dealerships or repair shops think about profits not the customer. I will go to Ghent with my vehicle because they are professionals with great cuatomer care and get the job done in an impressive timeline.
