Confirmed Service Customer
I was quoted a price on repair for my vehicle on Monday, and told i would get a call when the vehicle was dropped off by the wrecker. I did not get the call. I had to call on Tuesday and the lady acted like she never had heard from me, and she is the one who took the vehicle in. Then had to call back on Wednesday to ask if they were going to ever look at it. Finally got a text on Thursday asking me if I wanted service that I had specifically said I did not, then she asked me what I needed done, and after I told her...se acted as if she had never spoke to me. Later that evening I tried to call...and text her, and got no response. Finally heard from her on Friday morning and they had repaired 2 out of the three things I wanted done and charged me for the third thing anyway. Also broke one of my license plate light brackets. Ultimately I ended up paying $200 more than I was originally quoted, and didn't even get everything I wanted done. Terrible customer service and the worst communication of any dealership I've ever seen Victoria needs to reconsider her position
