Confirmed Service Customer
Very dissatisfied. My car sat for 5 days because they were too busy to look at it until my husband called them and then my car was “fixed” that evening. We picked it up the following day (the 6th day) and the engine overheating light came on before I even got home (less than 20 miles from the dealership. Which indicates to me no one even looked at it. We took it back in last Friday and I have not heard from them since Friday evening as to if they have even looked further into what is wrong with the car.
