I needed a fog light replaced and the collision department was friendly and fast. It did take a long time to get the part ordered and I didn't get phone call from them I had to call to see if my part was in, but the job they did was great. Thank you

I was originally given an appointment 2 weeks out but after speaking with him regarding my concerns, he was able to squeeze me in and get my car taken care of. Customer service in Service department is lacking. My appointment was on a Monday at 3pm for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped it off earlier in the day as I had other appointments to go to. Stopped by around 4:15 to check in, my car still hadn’t been started on and was told it was next and be about 45 mins to an hour. So I came back at 5:30, my car still hadn’t been started on and they close at 6pm and wasn’t given an idea on when it would be done or if would be done before closing and I needed my for work the next day. I understand things happen and was short handed but some extra communication would have been nice. I was they one asking for updates, it should be the other way around especially since it was just for an oil change and rotation and would expect to be able to go home with their vehicle.
