I thought they were very professional and overall very helpful and understanding of what we were looking for. It was a windy cold day and they brought the car inside for us to look over so that we could take our time and not be outside freezing. One thing I would like to see would be towels in the bathroom instead of the dryers.

We set up the appointment almost 2 Weeks in advance @ 11:30 a.m. We originally just had the oil change, but the gentleman asked if we wanted to rotate out tires. We agreed, and told him to proceed. We opt to wait in the lobby seeing how we live about an hour away. Our wait time was nearly 2 hours! In my eyes or even from a business point of view, that's unacceptable. There is no reason anyone should wait for 2 hours for a tire rotation and an oil change.

Everything went well as usual, but this time the oil change was quite a bit more . i have never paid more than $60 for that service , but this time it was $79 including tax wow, other than that everything was great.

The salesman asked me if I would like my tire's rotated. I told him whatever if he'd like. I had no idea I would be charged for that. I felt taken advantage of what I scheduled Justin oil change. Turn into quite a large bill.

I was treated with respect and professionalism. Scott, the service manager was helpful and arranged for me to get a ride to my next destination with Jeanette. She was pleasant and helpful in getting me to where ever I wanted to go. She offered to return when I was done and give me a ride back to the dealership. Scott kept me informed about the progress with my vehicle. The overall experience was excellent and I would gladly return.
