Confirmed Service Customer
I had scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle look at. Took my car in the morning. I ran some errands in the time I was assuming my vehicle was getting work on. To receive a phone call that they could not attend to my vehicle due to others running behind. I was very upset and disappointed of the lack of communication. I have found another dealership that did attend to my car and will receive my service from now on.

It appears Ghent is strictly in the "sales" business and not so much interested in customer service or building long term relationships.
