I paid for the front floor matts to be installed, they just threw them in instead of installing under door trim. Bad communication, I waited over a month to get in for appointment after waiting a month on parts just to be told it can't be done in time because the body shop wasn't ready. Some of the parts weren't compatible even though the one me store let me purchase. I got a phone call on Monday after dropping my truck off on Friday saying I missed my appointment. Your front desk didn't even know you guys had my truck and was asking me to reschedule cause I missed my appointment. Just overall a bad experience. I paid over $3k in parts and labor only got 3/5 things installed two and half months after ordering. One of the three items installed incorrectly. I had trouble with you guys in the past with a tool box you installed for me. Honestly it's all Just half assed work. Have some pride please
