Customer service in Service department is lacking. My appointment was on a Monday at 3pm for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped it off earlier in the day as I had other appointments to go to. Stopped by around 4:15 to check in, my car still hadn’t been started on and was told it was next and be about 45 mins to an hour. So I came back at 5:30, my car still hadn’t been started on and they close at 6pm and wasn’t given an idea on when it would be done or if would be done before closing and I needed my for work the next day. I understand things happen and was short handed but some extra communication would have been nice. I was they one asking for updates, it should be the other way around especially since it was just for an oil change and rotation and would expect to be able to go home with their vehicle.

I called 3x and no one connected me to the device. I also left a message and never received a phone call back. It took my husband calling and asking for a manager to get a hold of someone to make an appointment.
