Had such an amazing experience. I originally wasn’t even considering a Chevy, but the sales staff was so great to work with and explained all the features and options to me with such detail that they easily changed my mind. Can’t say enough great things about Noe and Stephan and the experience I had!
Scheduled an appointment for service, the vehicle was not seen on that day, three days later. So setting an appointment for service seems meaningless when it will sit for a few days before it is looked at. 3 days later, check engine came back on again, but did not stay on, was not able to see what code was set off.

Communication with general manager was the worst experience ever. And collision center needs better experience on painting and learning how to prep vehicle before spraying. Didn’t know you had to clear coat window glass and chrome on a new vehicle. And giving a time frame in that place is a sore subject. Never could get a date of completion until started complaining to the BBB. And when they said the vehicle was done. Arrived to pay and pick it up and Easley to say it still wasn’t finished. But general manager lied to BBB in saying it was done to Satisfaction. He even stored vehicle free of charge until we got there. 7months of run around stories and crappy work. That what you get when go to GHENT CHEVROLET.

I needed a fog light replaced and the collision department was friendly and fast. It did take a long time to get the part ordered and I didn't get phone call from them I had to call to see if my part was in, but the job they did was great. Thank you
Scott was more than accommodating in getting my car in to be assessed. I was originally given an appointment 2 weeks out but after speaking with him regarding my concerns, he was able to squeeze me in and get my car taken care of. Scott always does his best to help me out. Thank you Scott! An amazing employee.
Great customer service our salesman Noe was super knowledgeable, nice and made the whole purchasing process go very smooth. He reached out a couple times after the purchase to see how everything was with the new purchase. Seems like a great overall person and we love our new truck!
