The folks at Greeley Ghent are great and they care about the customer, example I had my truck in the body shop and my wife gave me a ride to pick up my truck, she has a 2015 Ford edge that the sun roof had stuck open that morning and she asked Scott if they could get it in to fix it and Scott said not right away but he asked if he could drive it into the shop and he tried to get it to work but failed and told Lois that maybe she should take it to Ford and we did and what a difference that was . any way she fell in love with Scott and Ghent
I was told my truck would be done at 3pm when I dropped it off at 7am. When I arrived a little after 3 I was told it would be another hour. I waited in the waiting room for over 2 hours. My truck was finished before that but no one came to inform me it was finished so I was in the waiting room longer than I needed to be. This caused me to be extremely late for practice and almost miss it entirely when I planned on being there, because I was told it would be finished at 3. I left the dealership at 5:15.
All we needed was a battery and even though they offered to work it 8n without an appointment they also advised if not done by 3nd of day that we dropped it at 10 am it would for sure be done the following morning. I called after 24 hours and was told they should be able to tell me when it would be done sometime after lunch. I picked up vehicle without getting new battery that would have been covered under warranty and took to an independent and had a new battery in 1 hour!!!!!

Told us our plates would be mailed to us, never received any feed back . Had to get an extension due to the fact the plates never showed up . Close to end of second extension and still nothing . Spoke to someone that said that the plates were at he DMV and I had to go down there . That was a night mare as they didn’t have my paperwork or the check for plates and taxes. I had to go there twice and miss time from work due to Ghents negligence. I still had to pay for the plates . Next time don’t inform your buyers that the plates will be mailed to you home because that is not accurate . I also had to wait 2 hours for an oil change we live 50 miles out of town very inconvenient. Do not recommend this place

Terry was awesome to work with! We had very unforseen circumstances with my vehicle going into Ghent and yet he was still eager to help us. He gave us a tour, always made sure we were comfortable, and I truly felt like he had our backs. 10/10 would go back.
Fernando Ruiz was great! Very nice, knowledgeable and especially helpful with the technology portion. I'm sure you hear this all the time but the buying process takes too long, streamlining would be good.
