Confirmed Service Customer
There was some confusion about an extra key we had purchased when we bought the vehicle over a year ago. When we tried to claim the key, nobody seemed to know anything about it which was frustrating! Luckily we were able to find the paper trail on it or else we would’ve lost out on the overpriced key of almost $600!

If it Hadn’t been for James being polite and professional it would’ve been not a good experience had a appt to get my truck diagnosed on a Monday took 3days to get it done and another day to get it repaired but James took care of it!!

Ghent will be my service provider for my 2022 Malibu. They fixed a huge error made by Fowler Chevrolet in Broomfield. A transmission flush that was over filled and caused my transmission to overheat. Fowler refused to stand behind their work, Ghent proved to me that they have excellence in service and not just service. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else in Colorado!. Truly a class above other dealerships!

the receipt says that my tire pressures was reset but my onboard diagnostics all reads low checked with a gauge and yes all are low, no tire pressure's was done so not even sure tire rotation were actually done but was sure charged $40 for it. Brought truck in for a special on the oil change but they tried to not honor that but then did. Didn't clear the oil life on the onboard diagnostics , no big deal on that i did that.

It was okay. I don't like to complain but who ever worked on my car didn't wipe his hands before touching my steering wheel and it left the smell of the oil. I tried wiping it down with a wet one but when I put my hands on it, it still smells like oil. Also he didn't reset the oil pressure and when rotating the wheels he didn't add air to the tire that needed it. Not sure who is the manager of whoever's working on the cars but the manager also should do his job and inspect the car before they give the car back to the customer.

We arrived twenty minutes early and they promptly took the car in. A young service tech brought us bottled water and told us it would not take much time. It was only about 45 mins which was about what we figured.
